Construction Work – Szte Szentesi Mc Geothermal Heating Design Ii. The Task Of The Winning Tenderer Is The General Execution Of Phase 2 Of The Szte Dr. Bugyi István Szentesi Multidisciplinary Center, Geothermal Heat Supply Development, Based On The Relevant Plans And Technical Specifications. 1. The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Drill 1 Injection Well With A Base Depth Of 1,550 Meters With A Minimum Effective Filter Length Of 100 Meters And An Estimated Filter Medium Of 1,420 M A) The Injection Well Must Be Deepened In Hrsz 8646, An Area Owned By The Municipality. B) The Site Is Determined From A Hydrogeological Point Of View, But Due To Construction Requirements, The Winning Bidder Must Build The Drainage System For The Well Formation Waters, As Well As The Water Pipeline To Cool The Well Formation Waters, Which Are Expected To Be Around 63 Degrees, To 35-36 C In Order To Establish The Well. C) The Hydrogeologically Determined Well Site Is Difficult To Approach Between Two Rows Of Garages In The Hrsz 8457/63 Municipality Area From Hrsz 8457/9 Erdei Utca. The Winning Bidder Must Also Build The Associated Utility Lines Between These Two Rows Of Garages. In Addition To The Removal Of Well Formation Waters, The Winning Bidder Must Ensure That The Drainage System To Be Built Also Drains The Areas Stormwater. D) The Measurements And Works To Be Carried Out By The Winning Tenderer During Construction Are As Follows: - Geophysical And Hydrodynamic Measurements, - Water Chemistry Tests, - Geodetic Measurements, - Construction Of Wellhead Fittings, - Construction Of A Return Injection Well Thermal Water Drainage And Cooling Water Pipeline System - Purification Compressor, Trial Production, Drainage E) The Winning Tenderer Will Need Public Water When Drilling The Return Injection Well, Or It Must Provide Water For Drilling Using Tank Water, And It Must Drain The ≈3,000 M3 Of Water Extracted During The Well Formation Into The Urban Storm Water Channel At An Hourly Rate Of 120 M3/H. The Water Requirement For Well Drilling Is Approximately ~140-200 M3, Which The Successful Tenderer Of The Temporary Water Supply Must Build In Advance From The City Network According To The Attached Plans, Or Must Provide It Himself, By Transporting Water In Tanks. F) Electric Supply Is Not Provided At The Injection Well, So The Winning Bidder Must Install It From The Network 50 Meters Away, Or Provide Its Own Power Supply. G) Filterable Layers Are Possible Between 1329 M And 1510 M, Which Means A Potential Filtering Length Of 181 M, Of Which It Is Expected That 120 Meters Will Certainly Be Filtered, But The Exact Filtering Option Is Determined By The Geophysical Measurements Made During The Actual Drilling. Average Filtration Depth: 1420 M H) Injection Well Design Piping: - 0-40 M: 508/498 Mm Casing-Cemented Guide Pipe - 0-580 M: 339/318 Mm Casing-Cemented Api Standard Casing Pipe - 530-1300 M: 244/226 Mm Casing-Cemented Api Standard Casing Pipe - 1250-1550 M: 139/125 Mm Filter Pipe According To Api Standard With 310 Mm Expanded Gravel 2. The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Install 1075 M Of Uninsulated, Glass Fiber
