The Devices To Be Delivered Can Be Divided Into 3 Groups: 1) Snow Catching Nets: (Planned Number Of Units: 2,400 Pcs And Planned Fm: 60,000) 2) Anti-Light Nets: (Planned Number Of Units: 463 Pcs And Planned Fm: 18,520) 3) Reptile Nets (Planned Number Of Units: 200 Pcs And Planned Fm: 6,000) Bidder Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Sales Contract For A Total Net Framework Amount Of Huf 200,000,000. The Tenderer Undertakes To Place An Order For 70% Of The Total Amount (Net Huf 140,000,000). Based On The Needs Arising During The Duration Of The Contract, The Tenderer Is Entitled To Issue Ad Hoc Orders, Several At The Same Time, For Different Fulfillment Locations. At The Same Time, Taking Into Account The Ad Hoc Nature Of The Demands That Arise (Especially The Unpredictable Occurrence And Cost Of The Products Included In The Contract), The Purchasers Purchase Requirements Cannot Be Determined In Advance With Full Accuracy.
