Staff Development Services – Social Work Supervisor Service.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Social Work Supervision Services, Including Both Individual And Group Supervision, Addressed To Social Workers And Social Welfare Specialists. The Aim Of These Services Is To Support The Professional Development Of Employees, Improve The Quality Of The Assistance Provided And Ensure The Safety And Effectiveness Of Activities Undertaken As Part Of Social Work. 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide One Supervisor For The Execution Of The Order, Who Will Be Assessed In The Offer Evaluation Criterion. If Circumstances Arise Due To Which The Supervisor Indicated To Perform The Service Will Not Be Able To Participate In The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract To Another Supervisor With Experience And Qualifications Equivalent To And Not Worse Than The Replaced Supervisor. A Change Of The Supervisor Cannot Result In A Change Of The Contractor. All Substitutions Must Be Made In Writing. 2) Scope Of Services: A) Individual Supervision: (1) Supervision Meetings With Social Workers Aimed At Discussing Difficult Professional Situations, Challenges And Reflection On Ones Own Practice; (2) Analysis Of Cases, Substantive Challenges, Emotional Burdens And Action Strategies, Taking Into Account Professional Ethics And Social Work Standards; (3) Providing Support In Coping With Stress And Burnout; B) Group Supervision: (1) Conducting Group Meetings With The Participation Of Social Workers And Other People Involved In Social Welfare; (2) Exchange Of Experiences And Good Practices, Analysis Of Difficult Cases, Team Integration And Building An Atmosphere Of Trust And Support; (3) Solving Group Problems And Making Joint Decisions Regarding Activities In The Field Of Social Work. C) Number Of Hours: A Total Of A Maximum Of 1,800 Clock Hours (1 Hour = 60 Min.) During The Contract Period Of 30 Months, Including: - In 2026 - A Maximum Of 600 Hours, Assuming Approx. 100 Hours Per Month, - In 2027 - A Maximum Of 600 Hours, Assuming Approx. 50 Hours Per Month, - In 2028 - A Maximum Of 600 Hours, Assuming Approx. 50 Hours Per Month. It Is Assumed That The Specialized Service Of A Social Work Supervisor Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Above Division, Taking Into Account The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.
