Water Transport Services – Joint Vessel Service, Porvoo Route Area (2026-2027). The Object Of The Procurement Is A Year-Round Ferry Service For The Porvoo Ferry Route. The Connecting Vessel Traffic Service Must Cover The Connecting Vessel Traffic Of The Route Area In Accordance With The Service Description. The Service Includes, Among Other Things, The Acquisition Of Ships Needed For Operations, Management Of Daily Traffic In Accordance With The Specified Service Level, Communication To Customers, Reception And Processing Of Customer Feedback, And Small-Scale Management Of State-Owned Connection Piers. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Realization Of The Service Level Based On The Quality Responsibility Principle. The Requirements Regarding The Ships Used In The Traffic, The Service Levels Of The Route Areas And Other Quality Requirements Of The Service Are Presented In The Procurement Documents.
