By Concluding The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Perform A Minimum Quantity. The Assignment May Consist Of The Following Works: - Preliminary Works And Demolition Works - Delivery And Installation Of Floors - Delivery And Installation Of Walls - Delivery And Installation Of Ceilings - Painting And Wallpapering Works - Minor Adjustments To Techniques - Miscellaneous The Assignment Consists Of Partial Assignments. The Contractor Is Contacted Prior To Each Partial Assignment. Where Necessary, The Contractor Will Submit A Quotation For This Partial Assignment, Specifying The Quantities, Implementation Period, Its Price Proposal And Any Proposed Implementation Method. The Fixed Unit Prices From The Basic Quotation Are Used For The Calculations Of The Price Proposal.
