The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Public Lighting System (Hereinafter Referred To As Vo), Which Is Expected To Be Implemented In 2 Stages. Part Of The First Stage Is The Replacement Of All Public Lighting Fixtures, With The Exception Of The Fixtures Listed In The Technical Specification. Part Of The First Stage Is Also The Execution Of Lighting Technical Calculations, Field Surveys, Specification Of The Necessary Actions, Specification Of The Necessary Works And Materials, And The Execution Of Other Necessary Preparatory Works. Furthermore, In The First Stage, 60% Of The Switching And Control Switchboards Will Be Replaced And The Remaining Sw And Hw Switchboards Will Be Retrofitted For Control And Operation Of The Control Room. Part Of The First Stage Is Also The Classification Of Individual Localities Of The City Into Light Environment Zones In Accordance With Čsn 36 0459 (Or Equivalent), This Classification Must Be Approved By An Authorized Representative Of The Contracting Authority (Statutory City Of Pilsen). The Classification Of City Locations Into Light Environment Zones Will Be Preceded By The Processing Of Lighting Technical Calculations In The Given Location. Part Ii. Stage Is A Complete Replacement Of Public Lighting Masts And Booms, With The Exception Of Masts For Lighting Transitions, Masts With Architectural And Scenic Lighting, Stylish Historical Masts, Masts Made Of Plastic Or Mounted In Other Structures, And New Masts Installed In The Last 5 Years (Approx. 500 Pieces). Furthermore, In The Second Stage, The Public Lighting Cable Distributions Will Be Replaced In The Places With The Highest Occurrence Of Faults And In The Places Where It Is Necessary To Connect The Changed Masts. The Estimated Need For Replacement Is Approx. 5% Of All Cable Distributions, I.E. Approx. 34 Km. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Maintenance And Operation Of The Entire Public Lighting System, Including Light Points, The Reconstruction And Modernization Of Which Will Not Be His Responsibility (I.E. It Will Not Be The Subject Of The Public Contract). The Supplier Will Take Over The Public Lighting System For Maintenance And Operation After The Contract Has Entered Into Force Within A Predetermined Period Of Resource Mobilization (E.G. 1-3 Months), But Responsibility For The Functionality Of The New Elements Will Be Transferred Gradually, According To The Progress Of The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The System. It Is Assumed That The Contractor Will Provide Maintenance And Operation Of The Entire Public Lighting System For A Period Of 15 Years.
