Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Kopú Skočice. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Skočice, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Determined For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Decree), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cadastral Decree). The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Municipality Of Skočice Will Be Included In The Complex Land Management Area, Excluding The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality And The Forest Complex In The Southern Part Of The Cadastral Territory Of Skočice. Forest Units Situated In Different Parts Of The C.Ú. Skočice Will Be Part Of The Kopú District, As Land Dealt With According To § 2 Of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., In Pl. Wording, Due To A Large Number Of Inconsistencies In The Types Of Land (Reality X Cn Status). The Expected Size Of The Area To Be Dealt With Is 241 Ha In The Cadastral Area (Hereinafter Referred To As The Area) Of Skočice (Of Which 1 Ha Is Land Not Dealt With According To § 2 Of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., As Amended). The Work Will Be Completed In Partial Parts, The Content Of Which Will Be Identical To The Annex To Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. And Methodical Instructions For Carrying Out Land Improvements (In The Current Version). The Results Of The Individual Sub-Parts Will Be Submitted In Accordance With The Contract For The Work.
