Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – The Framework Arrangement For Supervision Services Of Vihti Municipalitys Infrastructure Projects. The Scope Of The Framework Arrangement Is The Monitoring Services Related To The Vihti Municipalitys Infrastructure Projects. The Procurement Unit Selects A Maximum Of Three (3) Suppliers For The Framework Arrangement, With Whom It Concludes Framework Agreements. If, As A Result Of The Bidding, The Contract Is Concluded With Only One Bidder, Or If During The Contract Period The Number Of Suppliers Drops To One, Then The Clauses Regarding The Mini-Bidding In The Contract Documents Attached To The Request For Bids Do Not Apply. The Contract Is Valid For A Limited Period For The First Two (2) Years, After Which The Subscriber Can Activate A Two (2) Year Option Period. The Purpose Of The Supervision Tasks Is To Supervise The Interest Of The Client And Ensure The Implementation Of Construction Projects In Accordance With Both Plans And Contracts, Laws, Regulations, Regulations And Official Instructions And Following Good Construction Practice In Order To Achieve The Best Possible End Result. Supervisory Duties May Include E.G. The Following Tasks: • Site Supervision, Inspection Of Work Stages And Work Performance; • Monitoring The Quality Assurance Of Materials, Supplies And Contractors; • Monitoring Of Schedules And Milestones; • Evaluation Of The Effects Of Changes; • Financial Control And Preparation Of The Final Financial Statement; • Preparation Of Documentation; • Duties Of The Safety Coordinator; • Assisting In Design Competitions. The Framework Agreement Will Not Contain A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Framework Agreement Does Not Give The Bidders Selected Under The Framework Arrangement An Exclusive Right To Produce The Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement.
