The Demolition Works Are Part Of A Larger Procurement Package, Which Also Includes The Cleaning Of The Soil Below The Demolished Hall With Mass Exchange And In Situ Technology, As Well As The Reception Of The Masses, Which Will Be Tendered Later. The Whole Is A Service Procurement That Exceeds The Eu Threshold. This Procurement Notice Only Applies To The Demolition Of Buildings And Structures On The Property. The Contract Price Is The Total Price Shown In The Offer. Part Of The Work Included In The Total Price Is Done As Unit-Priced Fixed-Rate Work. These Works Are Presented In The Tender Documents. The Fixed Part Of The Total Price Includes All Work And Activities With Materials That Are Not Included In The Titles And Units Of Quantity Of The Unit Price Parts.
