On Ottikerstrasse Between Stolzestrasse And Culmannstrasse, The Dn 450 Transport Water Pipe From 1914 Has Been In Clear Need Of Replacement For Several Years. The Replacement Was Originally Planned As Part Of The Coordinated Overall Project At 22051 Ottikerstrasse, But Its Implementation Would Not Have Been Possible Until The End Of 2029 At The Earliest. After A Pipeline Rupture In January 2025 Caused Significant Damage, It Was Decided To Replace The Pipeline Early As An Independent Measure For Reasons Of Security Of Supply And To Reduce The Risk Of Damage. Realization Is Planned For July 2026, While Ensuring Subsequent Coordination With The Overall Project.
