Creation Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter: Dbr) For The Installation And Rental Of Mobile Adsorbers Used In Drinking Water Treatment. Within The Framework Of The Dbr System, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Order, In Particular, The Following Services Through Separate Invitations To Tender: • First Delivery Of Mobile Adsorber Equipment, With At Least 20 M³ Of Activated Carbon Per Adsorber, Including On-Site Delivery And Installation; • Rental Of Mobile Adsorber Equipment; • Reactivation Of The Activated Carbon Used In Mobile Adsorbers, Including The Removal, Reactivation And Return Of The Activated Carbon; • The Final Removal Of The Mobile Adsorber Equipment, Which Also Includes The Treatment And Disposal Of The Exhausted Activated Carbon, • The Replacement Of Operational And Technological Losses. During Individual Purchases, The Contracting Authority Determines In Particular: • The Number Of Mobile Adsorbers To Be Ordered, • The Rental Period, • The Possible Need For Reactivation. The Mobile Activated Carbon Adsorbers To Be Installed Must Each Be Capable Of Treating A Water Flow Of At Least 80 M3/H. The Adsorber Tanks Must Each Contain A Minimum Of 20 M3 Of Activated Carbon To Ensure A Residence Time Of 15 Minutes. Estimated Quantity Of Mobile Adsorbers To Be Rented Projected Over 24 Months: 14 Pcs. During The Rental Period, The Estimated Number Of Reactivations Projected Over 24 Months: 28 Times. During 1 Bidding Stage, Max. The Installation Of 14 Adsorbers Is Ordered. Based On Previous Experience, The Specified Quantity Was Determined For 24 Months, So-Called Experience Quantity, The Required Quantities To Be Purchased May Differ From These Experience Data. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify An Optional Quantity In This Invitation To Participate, But Reserves The Right To Provide For An Option Or A Quantity Deviation In The Bidding Stages. Based On The Invitation To Tender Sent Before The End Of The Dbr Period, The Tenderer Is Entitled To Enter Into A Contract, The Performance Of Which - Including In Particular The Lease Of Mobile Adsorbers And Related Services - Also Extends To The Period After The End Of The Dbr. The Tenderer Reserves The Right To Start Several Parallel Bidding Stages. In The Second, Bidding Stage Of The Procedure, The Tenderer Wants To Set The Deadline For Bidding In At Least 5 Working Days In Each Invitation To Bid. Applicants Must Declare Their Acceptance Of The Offer Deadline Of At Least 5 Working Days (Yes Or No) In Their Participation Application.
