Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Building Installations – Provision Of Preventative Maintenance And Technical Support Services Of Epmas E/M Installations. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Preventive Maintenance And Technical Support Services For The E/M Facilities Of Epmas For One (1) Year With The Possibility Of Renewal For One (1) Additional Year, And In Particular The Annual Preventive Maintenance And Provision Of Operation Management And Technical Support Services For The Electromechanical Facilities Of The Central Building Facilities Of Epmas In Athens. In More Detail, The Services Will Include The Following: 1. Twelve-Month Provision Of Operation, Management And Technical Support Services Of The E/M Facilities, With The Presence Of Qualified Personnel To Achieve Their Proper Operation. 2. Twelve-Month Preventive Maintenance Of The E/M Installations (Materials, Software) As Described In Table A.1 Of The Tenders Statement Of Obligations. 3. Monitoring Of The Bms And Knx System And The Photovoltaic System By Specialized Personnel On A 24-Hour Basis All Days Of The Year And For All Holidays Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 4. Control And Upgrade Of The Software/Firmware, When Deemed Necessary For The Good Operation Of The E/M Installations, As Well As The Photovoltaic System. 5. Corrective Maintenance Of E/M Facilities Including Elevators And Bmu And Technical Support Of Their Operation, With A Time Charge For The Hours And Specialties Specialized In The Writing Of Tender Obligations. 6. The Provision Of Shift Technician Services Of The E/M Installations Of The National Gallery During Its Operation (24 Hours X 7 Days X 52 Weeks) With A Time Charge For The Hours And Specialties As Described In Table C.1. Of Appendix Ii Of This 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enter Into Support Contracts With The Supply Companies Of The Basic Equipment Bms, Knx, Ups, Close Control, Boilers, Generators, Air Conditioning, Elevators And Bmu In Accordance With The Project Registry And Must, Within One (1) Month At The Latest From The Signing Of The Contract, Submit The Relevant Contracts To The National Gallery. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify Epmas On The Same Day Of The Technical Reports Of The Damage And The Technical Reports Of The Above Supply Companies And To Keep A Calendar Of Operations, Maintenance And Purchase Of Supplies Notified To Epmas. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Preventive Maintenance Of Building Materials
