It Is With Great Joy And Anticipation That The Contracting Authorities, Sønderborg Andelsboligforening Dept. 80 And 81 And Studiebolig Syd, Ladegaardskollegiet (Under Foundation), Are Launching The Turnkey Tender For The Construction Of A New Large Residential Area In The Center Of Sønderborg. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation The Vision For The Ladegaarden (Formerly The Material Yard) In Sønderborg Is To Create A New, Vibrant And Diverse Residential Area That Combines A Large New Dormitory With Modern Family Homes - Centrally Located In The City. The Project Is Seen As A Long-Term Investment In Sønderborgs Development, Where Both Students And Families Contribute To An Active City Life And Strengthen The Citys Attractiveness As A Student And Residential City. Ladegaarden Is A Project Concerning The Construction Of Both Student Housing, Family Housing And The Conversion Of An Existing Building Into A Shared House On The Former Material Farm Located Both Centrally In The Area Between Skovvej, Ringgade And Friheds Allé As Well As In Close Proximity To The Forest And Beach. The Property Has Early Been Used As Material And Storage Space For Sønderborg Municipality And Before That Time Some Of The Buildings Have Been Used As
