Business And Management Consultancy Services – Consulting Services For Strategic Procurement. Procurement Processes For Dew21 And Donetz Are Currently Primarily Processed Via The Corporate Purchasing Department Of Dortmunder Stadtwerke Ag (Dsw21). Individual Orders Or Call-Offs From Contracts (Framework Agreements) Are Used To Procure Services And Materials. Procurement Is Mapped In Sap From The Requirement Report To The Billing Of Services And, For Example, In The Area Of Planning The Construction Of Supply Networks, We Are Supported By Other Systems Such As Extranet For The Calculation And Billing Of Construction Services. Procurement Through Individual Orders As Well As The Establishment Of Contracts Or Framework Agreements Is Carried Out Entirely By Group Purchasing. Calls From Existing Contracts Or Framework Agreements Are Initiated Decentrally Via The Departments Of Dew21 And Donetz As Recipients. The Procurement Volume Of Dew21 And Donetz Processed Through Corporate Purchasing Amounts To A Total Of Around Eur 120 To 150 Million Per Year. Every Year, Around 3,100 Procurement Processes Are Processed Through Corporate Purchasing. Around 300 Framework Agreements For External Services And Material Deliveries Have Currently Been Concluded. The Duration Of The Contracts Varies And Can Be Between One And Four Years. In Some Cases, Framework Agreements With An Extension Option Are Agreed, So That The Term Can Be Extended To Up To Eight Years. Framework Agreements Are Generally Concluded Without An Obligation To Purchase And Therefore Merely Represent A Billing Basis For Recurring Third-Party Services And Material Deliveries. In Order To Prepare The Organizational And Procedural Structure Of Strategic Procurement, The Procurement Processes At Dew21 And Donetz Were Examined In An Analysis Phase. The Analysis Was Carried Out Across Business Areas And Divisions, So That All Company Areas Were Included In The Analysis. As Part Of The Implementation Project, The Focus Should Be On Selected Areas Of Action. These Areas Of Action Must Be Prioritized As Part Of The Implementation Project And Short-Term And Long-Term Savings Potential Must Be Leveraged. In The First Project Phase - Analysis Phase - Fields Of Action For The Implementation Of Strategic Procurement Were Identified In The Following Areas: - Construction Services (Civil Engineering And Civil Engineering) As Well As Damage Repair In Supply Networks In The Gas, Water, Electricity And District Heating Sectors - Station Construction With A Focus On Medium And Low Voltage - It Services As Well As Procurement Of Hardware And Software - Sales And Operation And Meter To Cash, Here Service Provider Control/Development, Process Optimization And Increased Efficiency In Procurement - Indirect Product Groups Such As Building Management, Vehicle Fleet Or Consulting Services In The Area Of Corporate Development, Process Improvement Or Legal Issues The Basis For The Development Or Implementation Of Strategic Procurement Is The Results Of The End Of 2025
