The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Covering The Reconstruction Of The Roof Along With A New Roof Structure In The Entire Facility Of Kindergarten No. 6 In Suwałki At Ul. Alfreda Wierusza-Kowalskiego 19, 16-400 Suwałki. The Developed Design Documentation Is Intended To: A) Obtain A Building Permit, B) Conduct A Tender Procedure For The Implementation Of The Task, C) Perform Construction Works. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Design Work Is Included In Annex No. 2, Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Design Documentation Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz For The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law (Pzp). The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The Documentation In Such A Way That It Meets All The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Act. The Technical Documentation Should Contain The Necessary Arrangements In The Field Of Fire Protection: In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 5, 2023 On Agreeing On The Development Design Of A Plot Or Area, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design And Fire Protection Device Design In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 1563). 3. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Matter Of The Contract May Not Be Described In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Economic Operator.
