The Speaker Batteries To Be Purchased Contain Enclosed Speakers Suitable For Outdoor Use, A Cable And Their Protected Connection Space In Accordance With At Least Ip66 Classification. The Loudspeaker Batteries To Be Purchased Require Durability, A Long Life Cycle And Suitability For Helsinkis Weather Conditions. The Delivered Parts Must Also Be Safe And Suitable For Their Purpose. The Procurement Does Not Include Control Systems For Population Alarms, Amplifier Centers Or Installation. The Target Schedule For The Procurement Of Speaker Batteries In 2026 Is Ten Speaker Batteries Delivered To The Place Specified By The Customer In Helsinki. 10 Speaker Batteries With Cables Will Be Ordered As Planned After The Procurement Decision Becomes Legally Binding. In 2027, 0-25 Speaker Batteries With Accessories Will Be Ordered, And In 2028, 0-25 Speaker Batteries With Accessories Will Be Ordered Within The Budget. This Procurement Contract Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Division Makes The Implementation Of The Contract Too Difficult Technically And The Division Can Make The Different Parts Of The Procurement Incompatible.
