Jan Brzechwa In Brzezie Near Sulechów Based On The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment No. 5/2022 Of December 27, 2022 Issued By The Starosta Of Zielona Góra. 2) The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Section Of The Municipal Road From Km 0+015 To 0+528.15 Along With The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System And A Rainwater Tank And The Elimination Of Conflicts With The Existing Technical Infrastructure. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By Construction And Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Permanent Traffic Organization Design Prepared By Biuro Obsługi Inwestycji Bgwprojekt In Sulechów, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Investment Will Be Implemented With Funds From The Government Road Development Fund.3) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Own Materials, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Work Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery In Place Of Installation Of All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. 4) Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. 5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree On Proposals For Material Solutions. The Use Of Materials Indicated By The Ordering Party By The Contractor Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability If He Did Not Warn The Ordering Party About The Risk Associated With The Use Of Specific Materials.6) The Contractor Declares That He Has Read The Design Studies And Recognized The Scope Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Which He Priced In His Offer.7) The Use Of Copper Aggregate Is Not Allowed In Road Works.8) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Works Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Requirements Arising From The Act.
