Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Bridge Structures In The Świnna Commune

Part Of Order No. 1 - Construction Of A Bridge Structure Along The Municipal Road, Ul. Pielgrzymów In Świnna, Together With Access Sections1. As Part Of Order Part No. 1, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Prepare Design Documentation, Including The Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design(S), Water Law Report, Cost Estimate(S), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Along With Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works - For The Entire Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Also Prepare A Schedule For Approval By The Ordering Party. Construction; 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On The Project Documentation - Cost Estimate, Prepared And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 1) Above, And The Obtained Final Decision On The Construction Permit Or Notification Of Works, And Submit A Complete Application For An Occupancy Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In: Annex No. 7A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) For Part Of The Order No. 1, Containing The Functional And Utility Program With Attachments, And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Contract. 3. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With This Swz, The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), The Draft Agreement And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor, Among Others: From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Term Of The Contract And Report To The Ordering Party Any Defects Or Omissions Detected Therein, Resulting In The Possibility Of Non-Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violation Of Legal Provisions.4. From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Occur During The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Damage Caused To Anyone During Or In Connection With The Construction, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Performance Of The Works And The Damage Caused. The Contractor Will Be Liable In Particular For: 1) Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Relating To The Contractors Employees And Third Parties Staying In The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out; 2) Damages Resulting From Destruction And Other Events In Relation To The Works, Materials, Equipment And Other Movable Property Related To The Work During The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract; 3) Damage To The Works Caused By Him When Removing Defects During The Warranty And Guarantee Period; 4) Improper Securing Of The Construction Site And Allowing Persons To Enter
