The Contractor, No Later Than 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Should Have An Office With A Person For Constant Contact And A Dispatcher Base In The City Of Szprotawa.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. Requirements Regarding The Requirements And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Include The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
