The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Demolition Works (Concrete Curbs - 25 M, Concrete Footings For Curbs - 2 M3, Drainage From Concrete Elements - 600 M); - Removal Of Breakthroughs - 700 M2; - Construction Of Road Base - 1,600 M2; - Construction Of Surfaces From Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, Thickness. 7 Cm - 4,200 M2; - Regulation Of Wells And Sewage Grates - 5 Pcs.; - Construction Of Drainage From Concrete Troughs - 800 M; - Construction Of Culverts From Concrete Pipes - 4 Sets; - Hardening Of Roadsides - 650 M2; - Construction And Installation Of An Information Board; - Performance Of All Necessary Tests, Examinations And Checks. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Specification Of Conditions Of Contract (Swz). Where In Procurement Documents, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Treated As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Issued Construction Permit And Ensure That Technical, Functional (Utility), Visual (Aesthetic) And Quality Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Order Documents. An Equivalent Product Does Not Have To Be Identical To The One Described In The Swz. However, It Should Provide The Expected Functionalities, Fully Confirming The Suitability Of The Product For The Intended Use And The Level Of Their Quality And Reliability. Those Materials, Devices Or Solutions Should Be Considered As Equivalent If Their Main Parameters, Necessary To Ensure Their Essential Function, Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Procurement Documents.
