The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Wooden Bridge At The New Lublin Gate In Zamość (Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment). 2. The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The City Of Zamość For 2026 Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Wooden Bridge At The New Lublin Gate In Zamość.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Bridge By Installing New Wooden Elements By Performing The Following Works: 1) Demolition Of The Entire Bridge, 2) Repair Of Wall Structures, 3) Reconstruction Of The Bridge Pillars, 4) Construction Of The Main Beam Structure, 5) Construction Of The Bridge Decking, 6) Construction Of The Bridge Railings, 7) Security And Cleaning Works, 8) Performance Of All Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.4. To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Materials And Devices That Guarantee Appropriate Quality Must Be Used, With Technical And Quality Parameters Corresponding To The Properties And Materials Adopted In The Documentation, All Delivered And Incorporated Materials Must Be New, The Use Of Prototype Materials Is Not Allowed, Incorporated Materials Must Have The Required Declarations Of Conformity, Declarations Of Performance Properties, Approvals, Certificates, Quality And Origin Certificates, Technical Cards.5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform All Preparatory And Security Works Necessary For The Safe Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Develop The Construction Site And Maintain The Construction Facilities At Its Own Expense, 3) Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 4) Repair The Inventoried Underground Facilities Damaged During The Execution Of The Works, 5) Incur All Costs Related To Measurement, Delivery And Consumption Of Utilities Necessary To Perform The Order During The Execution Of The Order, 6) Performing Cleaning Works During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And After Their Completion, After The Completion Of The Works, Restoring The Construction Site To Its Original Condition, 7) Covering The Costs Related To: A) The Arrangement And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, B) Providing Surveying Services For The Duration Of The Works And Carrying Out Post-Construction Surveying Measurements Of The Constructed Facilities And Elements, C) Making And Securing The Geodetic Network Against Destruction And Repairing It In The Event Of Damage, D) Removing Any Unexploded Ordnance, Unexploded Ordnance And Discovered Ammunition During The Works, E) Making Excavations In The Event Of Failure To Report For Acceptance Of Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, F) Making Connections For The Needs Of The Construction Site Based On The Conditions Obtained From The Network Owners And Bearing The Costs Of Their Measurement, Delivery A
