The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Above-Mentioned Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) To The Terms Of Reference (Swz), In Particular: 1) Technical Design; 2) Technical Design - Volume Ii - Electrical Installations; 3) Documentation Of Soil Subgrade Tests, Opinion Geotechnical, Geotechnical Design;4) Decision 10/2023 Of The Mayor Of The Klembów Commune Of March 31, 2023;5) Plot Or Area Development Project;6) Extract And Excerpt From The Local Development Plan;7) Decision - Building Permit;8) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;9) Bill Of Quantities. Important: Before Submitting The Offer The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Local Inspection Of The Area And Checking Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Terms Of Reference (Swz) Attached To It. Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities With The Actual Status And Field Conditions. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Material In The Valuation Of Construction Works. The Removal Of Excavated Material From The Construction Site, Storage Of Materials, And Transport Are Entirely The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Excess Excavated Material Suitable For Incorporation Will Be Spread On The Adjacent Areas In Klembow.
