1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Tourist And Recreational Development Of The So-Called Gravel Plant In Jaworzyna Śląska As Part Of The Project Development Of Public Tourist Values In The Communes Of The Wałbrzych Agglomeration - Jaworzyna Śląska Commune (Gravel Plant Area). 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build System, Which Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, And The Performance Of Construction Works Based On Previously Prepared Documentation, While Maintaining All Legal Requirements. Construction And Technical Conditions. As Part Of This Procedure, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Entire Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program Attached To This Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu). The Ordering Party Allows The Development Of Separate Design Documentation For Individual Tasks Described In The Fup With Obtaining Separate Building Permits Or Notifications Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Tor.
