The Subject Of The Order Is Replacement Of The Roof Covering On The Building Of The Kindergarten In Siekowo Consisting In The Replacement Of The Roof Covering Made Of Ceramic Tiles Along With Accompanying Reconstruction And Renovation Works, Including: • Demolition Of Internal Elements In The Attic (Unusable Smokehouse And Makeshift Fences), • Renovation And Reconstruction Of Chimney Shafts In Existing Locations, • Replacement Of Roof Battens And Hatches, • Replacement Of Ladders Snow Protection,• Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters,• Installation Of Chimney Benches And Steps,• Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System In The Reconstruction System,• Construction Of A New Attic Floor From Osb Boards,• Disposal And Management Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.3.2. The Facility Is Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments.3.3. The Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials.3.4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes An As-Built Surveying Inventory. 3.5. The Contractors Obligations Include Carrying Out All Necessary Tests And Bearing All Related Costs, As Well As Preparing A Traffic Organization Project, Installing And Maintaining Signage For The Duration Of The Works.
