The Subject Of The Order Includes: Delivery, Transport, Unloading, Assembly, Bringing, Setting And Leveling Of The Delivered Furniture To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party And Collection Of Old, Currently Used Furniture (Replaced With New Furniture That Is The Subject Of This Order), For The Purpose Of Its Disposal At The Expense Of The Contractor Or Other Use By The Contractor. The Delivered Office Furniture Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Unused, Made In Accordance With The Description Below, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Bolted And Prepared For Operation, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibition Or Exhibition.
