Tenders Are Invited For Successive Deliveries Of Cold Water Meters For 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Cold Water Meters, Devices For Remote Radio Reading (Modules), The Supply Of Gaskets And Snap Seals For Dn 15 And Dn 20 Water Meters, As Well As The Repair And Verification Of Water Meters According To The Attached List, Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. Deliveries Are To Be Made Successively During The Term Of The Contract, As Needed By The Ordering Party, Based On Individual Orders Sent By E-Mail.3. Deliveries Will Be Made Based On Orders From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M., Monday To Friday, Except Holidays.4. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Materials Given In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Are Indicative Quantities Used To Calculate The Value Of The Offer, Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. 5. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Materials Ordered While Maintaining Unit Prices Within The Range Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, But The Total Remuneration Resulting From The Contract May Not Exceed It.6. The Contractor Guarantees That The Delivered Materials Will Be Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before Delivery.7. The Delivered Materials Must Be Brand New, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Ready To Be Replaced With Worn-Out And Faulty Parts.8. The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Requirements For The Purposes For Which They Are To Be Used.9. Place Of Delivery: Water Intake In Jaworek 46, Rudniki, 46-325. 10. The Delivery Time Is 14 Days From The Date Of Each Receipt Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 11. In The Case Of Purchasing Materials And Parts For Repairs From Annex. No. 1A To The Swz In A Smaller Quantity, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims.
