Part 1. Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of Ul. Słowackiego In Brwinów – Episode From Dw720 Ul. Biskupicka To Ul. Kampinoska2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Design Of: - Full Road Structure For Kr3 - Construction Of A Sidewalk - One Side, - Exits And Access To The Property, - Construction Of A Drainage System - Absorption Wells Connected By A Pipeline - Pedestrian Crossing Lighting - If Required2.1 Intersections Of Ul. Słowackiego From Ul. Kampinoska And Ul. Konspiracji And Ul. F. Chopina Were Rebuilt. It May Be Necessary To Separate Visibility Triangles On Plots At The Corners Of Intersections And It Is Necessary To: A) Carry Out Industry Studies Involving The Reconstruction Of Conflicts With The Road System If They Occur; B) Obtain Maps For Design Purposes For The Road Area Using Your Own Efforts; C) Obtain The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions And Administrative Decisions (Including Water Permits), As Well As Decisions On Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations (If Necessary); D) Obtain Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And/Or Decree. Zrid (No Finality Required)E) Divide The Plots Up To Max. 8 Pcs.3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Stages: Stage I - Concept, Stage Ii - Architectural And Construction Design, Stage Iii - Technical Design Along With The Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And/Or Zrid Decision (No Finality Required)4. Design Documentation Should Include: A) Plot Or Area Development Plan Prepared On A Current Map For Design Purposes Or A Copy Thereof B) Architectural And Construction Design C) Technical Design (Including, Among Others: Transverse And Longitudinal Profiles, Structural Sections For The Designed Road System With Drainage) D) Arrangements Required By Law And Regulations, Including The Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And/Or Zrid Decision (No Finality Required) E) Bill Of Quantities F) Investors Cost Estimateg) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,H) Permanent Traffic Organization Designi) Geotechnical Opinion (A Total Of Three Wells - Location Between Intersections)J) Bioz,K) Arrangements With Relevant Institutions In The Event Of Possible Collisions With Underground Utilities Along The Road Route,L) Electronic Version (Pdf And Editable Files: Doc, Xls - Descriptions, Lists; Dwg - Drawings; Ath - Cost Estimates) On Cd Or Dvd, The Above-Mentioned Projects Should Be Made In 3 Copies.
