The Implementation Of The Above Assumptions Adopted In The Project Will Primarily Improve The Technical Condition Of The Facility, But Also The Safety Of Pedestrian, Bicycle And Car Traffic, As Well As Comfort, Aesthetics And Reduce The Negative Impact On The Environment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver To The Investor And Transport To The Indicated Place (Up To 5.0 Km) Stone Curbs From Demolition And Material From Milling Of Asphalt Concrete Surfaces. The Remaining Demolition Elements Are Subject To Export To The Contractors Landfill Along With Their Mandatory Disposal By The Contractor. Details Of The Subject Of The Order Are Consistent With The Descriptions Contained In The Design Documentation For The Facility In Question, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. Under The Concluded Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, Implement And Maintain Temporary Traffic Organization Throughout The Implementation Period.
