Tenders Are Invited For Partial Renovation Of Roads And Sidewalks With Paving Stones And Concrete Slabs In The Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune

4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Repair Of The Surface Of Sidewalks, Squares, Parking Lots And Bicycle Paths Made Of Concrete Slabs, Paving Stones, Hexagonal Concrete Slabs, Laying And Replacing Curbs And Edges, Construction And Renovation Of Speed Bumps, In The Following Scope: 1) Repairing Roadway Elements Consisting Of Dismantling Sidewalk Slabs, Concrete Cubes, Curbs And Edges And Hexagonal Concrete Slabs (Trylinka) In The Place Of Damage And Re-Arranging Them, And If Necessary, Adding New Materials, 2) Monitoring The Road Elements Specified In The Order And Forwarding Comments To The Ordering Party, As Well As Immediately Starting Their Repairs After Determining The Scope With The Ordering Party. 4.2 The Expected Number Of Repairs Is 1,400.00 M2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change: 1) The Number Of Deliveries/Works: By A Maximum Of +/- 30% Of The Expected Quantity Of Works (The Total, Total Value Of The Contractors Remuneration For The Works Performed On The Basis Of All Orders During The Term Of The Contract), 2) The Scope Of Deliveries/Works Within The Available Financial Resources, If A Change In The Quantity/Scope Of Works Is Necessary For Objective Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party.4.3 The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About Any Changes During Performance Of The Contract. 4.4 The Contractors Remuneration Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Cannot Exceed The Financial Resources Secured In The Ordering Partys Budget. 4.5 A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Bill Of Quantities, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 4.6 The Renovation Task Is Included In The Commune Budget For 2026. In Current Tasks Titled: Purchase Of Renovation Services4.7 Common Order Dictionary Cpv: 45233142-6, 45233141-9.4.8 The Maximum Response Time Required By The Ordering Party For Each Commencement Of Works From The Moment The Ordering Party Submits A Written Order Electronically Is 48 Hours.4.9 The Contractor May Offer A Shorter Reaction Time For Each Commencement Of Works, Given In Whole Hours, Which Will Be Assessed By The Ordering Party When Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer.4.10 The Detailed Scope, Including The Amount Of Work To Be Performed, Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party To The Contractor, Depending On Current Needs, In A Written Order Or Electronically. 4.11 The Dates For Commencing The Implementation Of Individual Tasks Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Submitted Offer Of The Contractor. 4.12 The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Familiarize Himself With The Area Where The Construction Works Will Take Place - That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Visit And, If Necessary, Make Appropriate Supplementary Measurements To Prepare The Offer.
