The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Road In Zygmunta Starego Street In Zamość As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Reconstruction Of The Road In Zygmunta Starego Street In Zamość.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of The Road At Zygmunta Starego Street In Zamość In Zamość In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract After Its Conclusion.3. A Detailed Description Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Work Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.4. Technical Conditions And An Illustrative Site Plan Are Included In The Appendices To The Specifications Of The Contract, I.E. - Annex No. 10 - Technical Conditions From The Municipal Roads Authority In Zamość (Zdg) - Annex No. 11 - Technical Conditions From Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Zamość (Pgk) - Annex No. 12 - Illustrative Site Plan. The Above-Mentioned Annexes Will Constitute Annexes To The Contract After Its Conclusion.5. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Scope Described In Points 3.1 - 3.4 Of The Swz And All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Completed Subject Of The Order. The Conditions Regarding The Guarantee Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Regardless Of The Warranty, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Warranty Rights In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Civil Code. The Warranty Period For Defects In The Subject Of The Order Is 2 Years And Will Be Counted From The Date Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Confirmed By The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations.7. When Preparing Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. The Design Documentation Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Describe The Proposed Materials And Devices Using Technical Parameters, I.E. Without Providing Their Trade Names. Pursuant To Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Subject Of The Contract May Not Be Described In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead
