Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In The Bestwina Commune

Part I - The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Ul. Polna In Bestwina With A Total Length Of 1,951.60 M. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Road Renovation, - Roadside Renovation, - Renovation Of Exits, Access To The Property/Sidewalk, - Renovation Of Drainage Elements (Ditches, Channels, Culverts), - Traffic Safety Devices (Energy-Intensive Barrier). The Task Includes Renovation Within The Existing Road. The Renovated Road Will Run Along The Existing Track. The Width Of The Road Will Be Uniform And Will Range From 2.80 M To 3.50 M On Straight Sections, On Two Curves The Road Will Be Widened To 3.95 M-4.15 M (Following The Existing Track). In The Scope Of Road Renovation, It Is Planned To Partially Replace The Existing, Worn-Out Structural Layers And Complete Replacement Of The Surface Layers, I.E. The Binder Layer Of Ac 16W Asphalt Concrete And The Wearing Course Of Ac 11S Asphalt Concrete. Construction Projects - Section 1 - 164 M, Section 2 - 1535 M, Section 3 - 252.60 M, B. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, C. Geotechnical Opinion, D. Bills Of Quantities: Bill Of Quantities No. 1: Section 1-164 M, Bill Of Quantities No. 2: Section 2 - 1535 M, Bill Of Quantities No. 3: Section 3 -252.60 M. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Union Solidarity Fund. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Parameters Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Include In The Offer The Scope Resulting From The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Proper Management Of Waste Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Comply With The Principles Of Environmental Protection (Including Preventing The Generation Of Waste, Limiting Its Quantity And Negative Impact On The Environment, Ensuring Its Recovery And Proper Disposal).
