A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Price Form And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order.4. The Facility Is To Be Located Outside The City Center, In A Quiet And Attractive Area, Surrounded By Greenery/Lake/Ponds/ Park. B) The Ordering Party Allows For A Facility Consisting Of Several Buildings With Convenient Passage From One Building To Another.
