The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Municipal Nursery In Świdnica (Lubusz Voivodeship), As Part Of The Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Premises Of The Municipal Nursery In Świdnica As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Up To 3 Years Old Active Toddler 2022-2029 - Stage Ii. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Price Of The Offer Must Include The Equipment, Delivery, Assembly And Transport In Packaging Ensuring Integrity And Protection Against Damage, As Well As Bringing The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract To The Nursery Building In Świdnica And Any Other Costs That The Contractor Will Incur In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Place Of Delivery Municipal Nursery In Świdnica, Ul. Ogrodowa 36B, Code 66-008 Świdnica, Province Lubuskie.4. Final Colors Of The Equipment To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Awards This Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Contract Award Procedure.5. The Ordering Party Allows +/- 10% Difference In Dimensions Of The Offered Equipment, Wherever Dimensions Are Given/Specified In The Opz.6. The Supplied Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Polish Standards And Have Appropriate Certificates.
