1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct A Specialized Training Camp For Students Of The General Aviation Secondary School In Dęblin. Practical General Military Training Should Be Organized And Conducted In The Form Of A Specialized Training Camp For A Maximum Of 54 (Fifty-Four) Students Of The General Aviation Secondary School In Dęblin, After They Complete The First Year Of A 4-Year High School.2. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts (Tasks) /Art. 281 Section 2 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law/ 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers /Art. 281 Section 2 Point 4) Public Procurement Law/. 4. Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Indicates Below The Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts. Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Not Justified Because The Order Is Homogeneous (Same Training Date, Same Program, Short Implementation Period). Due To The Rational And Economical Spending Of Public Funds, Separating, For Example, Two Tasks Could Have Unfavorable Consequences (One Task Could Have Different Prices Than The Other For Carrying Out The Same Training). 5. Subcontracting: The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer: A) The Parts Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And B) Provide (If He Is Aware At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate The Part Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Will Entrust To Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Order Will Be Made Using Our Own Resources, Without The Participation Of Subcontractors. Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For Proper Performance Of The Order.
