1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of An Internal Municipal Road (Ul. Techniczna In Schodnia). The Scope Of The Task Will Include Plots No. 2097/500 And 2117/509 (Schodnia Area, Am. 2). The Modernization Of The Road Will Concern A Section With A Length Of Approx. 205 M, From The Intersection With The Municipal Road - Ul. Powstańców Śląskich To The Intersection With The Municipal Road - Ul. Heating Plant In Schodnia.2. The Municipal Road In Question, In Its Existing Condition, Has A Road With A Bituminous Surface, Approx. 5 M Wide, And Dirt Shoulders On Both Sides. The Road Does Not Have Pedestrian, Pedestrian Or Bicycle Routes. The Road Has Significant Deformations, Numerous Cracks And Defects In The Surface, Which Translates Into Its Poor Technical Condition. 3. On The Section Subject To Reconstruction, The Road Runs On Flat Terrain. The Properties Adjacent To The Road Are Areas Intended For The Development Of Production Facilities, Warehouses And Services (Including Wholesale Trade).4. The Section Of The Municipal Road Undergoing Reconstruction Is Equipped With Electricity And Telecommunications Networks. There Is A Heat Pipeline Located Close To The Road, Which Is Intended For Reconstruction By Its Administrator. The Road Has Street Lighting Along The Entire Section. 5. In Its Existing State, Rainwater And Snowmelt Are Discharged Through Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes Towards The Existing Roadside, Absorbent Ditch. 6. As Part Of The Project In Question, The Ditch Will Be Cleaned. 7. The Contractor Will Make And Install An Information Board In Accordance With Art. 38 Of The Act On The Government Road Development Fund On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The Budget Of State Earmarked Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 953). The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The Point Above.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor.11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Seek The Opinion Of A Specialist - Designer On The Offered Products, Materials Or Devices. This Opinion May Constitute The Basis For The Ordering Party To Decide To Accept Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices Or To Reject The Offer Due To Lack Of Equivalence.
