1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field At The Public Primary School No. 2 In Starogard Gdański, Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Construction Works: A) Construction Of A Two-Track Circular Track With A Polyurethane Surface With A Straight Track For A Distance Of 50 M, Ending With A Long Jump Jump, B) Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With A Short Grass Surface And Dimensions 18.0 M X 36.0 M, C) Construction Of Ball Catchers Next To The Grass Pitch And Fences Of The Complex, D) Construction Of A Volleyball Court For Beach Volleyball, Dimensions 9.0 M X 18.0 M, E) Equipment Of The Facility, F) Construction Of Lighting G) Land Development And Necessary Installations H) Cutting Down Trees With Replacement Plantings.3. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will: 1) Provide Surveying, Geological And Geotechnical Services; 2) Make Boards Informing About Co-Financing 3) Obtain All Consents, Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Other Works Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Bears Full And Complete Responsibility For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order From The Moment Of Signing The Contract Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor After Obtaining All Permits Required By Law And Fulfilling All Obligations Required Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. The Ordering Party Allows For The Transfer Of The Construction Site In Parts For Which The Performance Of Work Will Be Legally And Technically Possible. The Works Will Commence Immediately After Handing Over The Construction Site, Taking Into Account The Deadlines Specified In The Construction Law. 6. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free And Economical Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, Ensuring Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Permits, Within The Lump Sum Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Will Occur During The Warranty Period And Guarantee Granted By The Contractor. 7. During The Warranty Period, Servicing, Inspections And Consumables Of The Devices Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 8.
