The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Building, Construction Of Two Steel Chimneys, A Working Platform With Stairs, A Pillar Crane And The Modernization Of Technology For The Boiler Room - Heating Plant In Górzno. 1.1 Scope Of Worksthe Scope Of Works Includes In Particular Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Boiler Room, Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Boiler House Building And Construction Of Steel Chimneys. A Working Platform With Stairs And A Pillar Crane. Details Of The Scope And Solutions Can Be Found In The Attached Technical Documentation. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Matter Of The Contract To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation, Including In Accordance With The Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Specification Of The Order Conditions And The Conditions Resulting From The Applicable Standards, Technical Regulations And Construction Law. The Boiler Plant Serves Several Buildings, The List Is In The Attached Documentation, Therefore The Interruption In The Supply Of Heating Heat To The Connected Buildings Related To The Investment May Be Carried Out After The End Of The Heating Season, Exact The Shutdown Date Will Be Determined Based On Actual Weather Conditions, Last Year The Heating Season Ended On May 15. During The Works, Parallel Construction Works Will Probably Be Carried Out Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The School Complex In Górzno. The Investment Also Involves The Contractors Responsibility To Ensure The Continuity Of Hot Water Supplies To The School Complex In Górzno And The Public Kindergarten, Along With All Related Costs Throughout The Investment Period.
