The Subject Of This Part Of The Order Is The Task Of: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Expansion Of The District Road No. 5493P Szkaradowo - Milicz In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Szkaradowo - Jeziora Section Along With Lighting, As Part Of The Project Construction Of Bicycle Infrastructure As An Alternative Means Of Communication In The Area Of Rawicz County - Stage Iv.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Documentation, Including Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, All Legally Required Decisions And Arrangements, Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) And Obtaining A Building Permit, Or Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit.3. Due To The Applicable Regulations Regarding The Dates Of Tree Cutting In The Period From September To February, The Contractor Is Obliged To First Obtain A Permit To Implement A Road Investment For Sections Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Running In The Area Where Trees Are To Be Cut Down, So That It Can Take Place Within The Statutory Period Between The Above-Mentioned Months.4. The Entire Developed Design Documentation Must Ensure The Possibility Of Implementing The Investment Task - Execution Of Construction Works Entitled: Expansion Of The District Road No. 5493P Szkaradowo - Milicz In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Szkaradowo - Jeziora Section With Lighting, As Part Of The Project Construction Of Bicycle Infrastructure As An Alternative Means Of Communication In The Area Of Rawicz County - Stage Iv.5. Execution Of Construction Works On The Investment Task In Question Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Stwiorb And The Relevant Legal Provisions. 6. The Functional And Operational Program Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz Specifies The Requirements For The Design, Implementation, Acceptance And Commissioning Of All Elements Of The Task.7.
