Tenders Are Invited For Extension Of The Building Of The Health Center In Mełgwia With A Staircase With A Platform Crane

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Building Of The Health Center In Mełgiew With A Staircase With A Platform Crane, Which Assumes The Construction Of An External Staircase With An Internal Platform Crane On The Plot With Registration Number 1213 And 608/2 In Mełgiew, At Ul. Kościelna 29. This Task Is Aimed At Ensuring Proper Communication Between The Individual Floors Of The Building And Eliminating Existing Architectural Barriers. The Task Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Internal Staircase With Winder Stairs, Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Eastern External Wall Of The Existing Building At The Point Of Connection With The New External Staircase With A Platform Crane, And Construction Of An External Staircase With A Platform Crane, Functionally Connected To The Existing Building. The Scope Of The Task Does Not Include The Interior Of The Existing Building Of The Health Center, Except For The Performance Of Several Necessary Construction Works, Including Those Mentioned Above, At The Junction Of The Existing Building With The Designed External Staircase.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Construction And Construction Industry: A. Annex No. 11 To The Swz: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Construction Of Foundations And Underground Elements, 4) Construction Of The Above-Ground Structure, 5) Construction Of The Structure And Roof Covering, 6) Installation Of Windows And Doors, 7) Internal Finishing Works, 8) Locksmith Works, 9) Works Related To The Façade, 10) Installation Of A Platform Crane, 11) Land Development, Incl. Including Tidying Up The Area; Sanitary Industry: B. Annex No. 11 To The Swz:1) Construction Of A Sewage System,2) Construction Of A Central Heating System,3) Construction Of A Ventilation System, Including Installation Of An Air Curtain;Electrical Industry:C. Annex No. 11 To The Swz:1) Preparatory And Dismantling Works,2) Construction Of Electrical Installations In The Added Staircase: General Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Directional Evacuation Lighting, Air Curtain Power Supply, Platform Crane Power Supply,3) Installation Of A Switchgear,4) Installation Of A Lightning Protection System,5) Carrying Out Post-Installation Tests.3. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) And The Technical Specification For The Execut
