1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of Preparation Of Design Documentation And Its Implementation Under The Design And Build Contract. The Implementation Of The Investment Is Understood As The Performance Of All Necessary Works, Starting From Design Work, Approval Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit Decision (Or Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works) For The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works As Well As Finishing And Assembly Works Indicated In The Project, Carried Out As Part Of The Modernization Of The Orlik Sports Complex In Kraszewice. The Construction Works For The Renovation Of The Sports Complex Include: A) Dismantling The Existing Container Facilities; B) Construction Of A New Sanitary And Locker Room Facility, Including A Warehouse For Household And Sports Equipment, Locker Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, A Utility Room For The Facility And An Environmental Trainer.2.
