The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Called Documentation Of The Modernization Of The Cultural Infrastructure Of The Sck Creative Space. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The First Sentence, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Activities And Documents Referred To In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: Carrying Out An Architectural, Construction And Installation Inventory, Performing The Necessary Excavations And Testing The Technical Condition Of Foundations, Walls And Ceilings, Expert Opinions And Analyses. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The First Sentence Includes The Obligation To Obtain A Final Decision On A Building Permit And, In The Absence Of A Requirement To Obtain A Building Permit, Effective Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction Works (Effective Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction Works Means A Notification To Which The Administrative Authority Has Not Raised Any Objection).2. The Subject Of The Order Is Also: 1) Participation On The Part Of The Ordering Party In The Proceedings Conducted By The Ordering Party, The Purpose Of Which Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works, 2) Performing Authors Supervision During The Ordering Partys Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Documentation Resulting From The Execution Of This Contract - With The Proviso That The Activities Referred To Above Will Be Obliged To Be Performed By The Contractor Only In The Event Of Receiving A Separate Request For Their Performance From The Ordering Party.
