Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewage System In The Area Of Alfa Kowalskiego Street In Międzyrzecz Together With The Expansion Of The Water Supply Network
1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And Water Supply Network In The Area Of Alfa Kowalskiego Street In Międzyrzecz. The Subject Of This Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 1.2. The Task Involves The Design And Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network Of Approx. 100 M And A Water Supply Network Of Approx. 100 M And Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits As Well As Final Administrative Decisions, Including A Decision On A Building Permit Or A Certificate From The Competent Authority On The Lack Of Objection To The Execution Of Construction Works In The Event Of Reporting The Construction/Execution Of Road Construction Works. The Length Of The Network May Change Due To The Solutions Adopted By The Contractor.1.3. The Location Of The Sewage Pumping Station Will Be Finally Determined At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, Within The Green Area Located In The Road. It Will Not Be Permissible To Locate The Pumping Station/Compressor Station In The Driving Part Of The Road, Or In A Way That Impedes Pedestrian Traffic And Communication Within It. Due To The Applicable Provisions Of The Local Development Plan, The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Geodetic Separation Of The Plot For A Pumping Station/Pressure Station. At The Stage Of Agreeing On The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Will Request Changes To The Relevant Provisions In The Technical Conditions.1.4. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz
