Part 3) Modernization Energy Efficiency Of Buildings Of The Volunteer Fire Brigades” 1. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To Improving The Energy Efficiency And Emission Of The Volunteer Fire Department Buildings In Brzeg Dolny At Ul. Odrodzia 19, Plot No. 3639 (Formerly 10/2 Am-39), Brzeg Dolny District. The Investment Includes Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Main Volunteer Fire Department And The Auxiliary Volunteer Fire Department. For The Planned Thermal Modernization, The Commune Obtained No Objections To The Notification Of The Intention To Carry Out Construction Works. The Characteristic Parameters Of The Subject Of The Study In Its Existing State Are Described In Point 3 Of The Functional And Utility Program And In The Energy Review, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Surface And Volume Parameters Are Specified In Points 3.1 And 3.2 Of The Functional And Utility Program (Annex To The Swz). 2. General Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Brzeg Dolny To The Extent Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility After The Thermal Modernization Is Completed. The Subject Of The Order Includes Authors Supervision And Providing Management Of Works In All Industries. 2) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance By The Contractor Of: A) Basic Works - The Minimum Scope Of Works Which, After Completion, Can Be Accepted In Terms Of Quantity And Quality Requirements And Take Into Account The Adopted Degree Of Aggregation Of Works, I.E. Execution Of Construction Works For The Planned Investment Project Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure On The Basis Of Approved Design Documentation; B) Carrying Out Authors Supervision By Designers (Design Authors) Throughout The Duration Of The Investment, And In Particular Through: Participation Of Designers In Visits To The Construction Site, Entries In The Construction Log, Verification Of As-Built Documentation In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Actual Execution Of Works; C) Accompanying Works - Works Necessary To Perform Basic Works, Not Classified As Temporary Works, Including As-Built Inventory, I.E.
