1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 347011T Mirzec, Ul. Dworska - Tychów Nowy In The Scope Of Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route From The Recreation Zone In Miriec To The District Road No. 1774T In Tychów Nowy Over A Length Of ~ 3000 M, Which Will Be Necessary To Obtain Appropriate Administrative Decisions, In Particular The Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), As Well As Which Will Be Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works.2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: A) Preparation Of A Construction Design And Detailed Designs; B) Analysis Of The Existing Land Development, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Local Plan In Force (Or In The Process Of Being Adopted) In The Design Area; C) Obtaining Current Geodetic Bases (Division Maps, Maps For Design Purposes) Necessary To Develop A Construction Design; D) Current Extracts And Excerpts From The Land Registration Map In The Scope Of The Investment; E) Obtaining A Water Permit Or Notification On Behalf Of The Investor Water Law - If Necessary, Including At Least: Method Of Draining Rainwater From The Road To Existing Natural Receivers, E.G. Existing Watercourses. Due To Existing Terrain Obstacles Such As Buildings, Wells, Etc., The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Storm Sewage Systems Instead Of Open Ditches; F) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Investor, A Decision On The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project - If Necessary; G) Obtaining A Derogation From The Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads, In Terms Of The Width Of The Road - If Necessary; H) Preparing A Design For The Construction Of A Service Channel Or Obtaining Consent For A Derogation From The Construction Of The Channel; I) Obtaining Technical Conditions And Making Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Development Of Design Documentation, Including Industry Arrangements Such As: Road, Sanitary, Gas, Electricity, Street Lighting, Road Drainage, Telecommunications, Greenery And Others;J) Obtaining Approval Of The Land Development Project At The Commune Office In Mirc;K) Development Of A Complete Construction Design, Including All Annexes, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Conditioning The Receipt Of The Zrid Decision, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard Regulations, Knowledge And Principles Of Construction Art; L) Determining The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings Based On The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012.
