A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And: A) Annex No. 1A - List Of Glass Surfaces, B) Annex No. 1B - Detailed List Of Rooms And Areas, C) Annex No. 1C - Floor Plans Of The Rooms, D) Annex No. 1D - Map Of The Area At Ul. Kapitańska 23 And Ul. Sailing Subject To The Service (The Area Covered By The Service Is Marked In Green),E) Annex No. 1E - Instructions For Use And Cleaning.3. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Appendix To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Ppl And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party Defining The Subject Of The Contract Are The Minimum Conditions That The Ordering Party Will Expect To Be Met. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions, As Appropriate, Together With Its Description Or Standards.5. The Ordering Party Informs That Where The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies Or Services He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. 7. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.8. The Ordering Party Will Not Investigate Whether There Are Grounds For Exclusion Indicated In This Tor Against A Subcontractor Who Is Not An Entity Providing Resources.9. If There Are Grounds For Exclusion Against A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Demands That The Contractor Replace The Subcontractor Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party Under Pain Of Not Allowing The Subcontractor To Perform Part Of The Order.
