The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Deliveries For The Ordering Party Consisting Of Successive Deliveries - Refueling The Tank Of Company Vehicles Of The District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane Of Liquid Fuels, Provided At The Contractors Gas Station In Non-Cash Transactions In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party Within A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, According To The List Presented Below.2. The Supply Of Liquid Fuels Throughout The Duration Of The Contract Referred To Above Includes: 1) Unleaded Gasoline 95 Octane (Pb95) - In An Estimated Quantity Of Approx. 3,000 Liters, 2) Diesel Oil (On) - In An Estimated Quantity Of Approx. 78,000 Liters.3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Offered Liquid Fuels Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018), And In Particular: 1) In The Scope Of Fuels Specified In Point 5.2.1) Swz - Requirements Of The Currently Applicable Standard Pn-En 228 Fuels For Vehicles Unleaded Petrol. Requirements And Test Methods,2) In The Scope Of Fuels Specified In Point 5.2.2) Swz - Requirements Of The Currently Applicable Standard Pn-En 590 Fuels For Motor Vehicles. Diesel Oils. Requirements And Test Methods. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Gas Station Where Cashless Refueling Of Company Vehicles Of The District Hospital In Zakopane Will Be Carried Out Must Be Located In The City Of Zakopane And Must Be Open On All Days Of The Week And Holidays, From 7:00 A.M.
