2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of Osiedlowa Street (131541B), Length 425 M And Part Of Ul. Klasztorna (131536B) Length Approximately 96 M According To The Graphic Attachment.3. The Project Should Include: 1) Asphalt Concrete Surface 5.5 Meters Wide (Possibly Narrowed To 5 Meters On The Section Of Klasztorna Street), 2) One-Sided Sidewalk And Entrances To The Property, 3) Expansion Of Street Lighting, 4) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Street Inlets And Sewers On The Missing Road Section, 5) Expansion Of The Missing Section Of The Gas Network (The Scope Should Be Agreed With The Operator Of The Gas Network), 6) Possible Reconstruction Of Energy Equipment In Conflict With The Road Investment, 7) Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Sanitary Sewage Network In Consultation With The Network Manager, Construction Of Water And Sewage Connections, 8) As Part Of The Study, Real Estate Division Projects Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 311). 4. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311) And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Contract, 2) Preparation Of All Documents Necessary To Apply For The Conditions For Including The Planned Networks Into The Existing Network And To Agree Materials Adopted In The Project, The Selected Technology, And Industry Approval Of The Project Developed By The Administrator Of Existing Networks, 3) Preparation Of Documents For Submitting An Application For A Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Together With Supplementing Any Deficiencies Demonstrated By The Authority Issuing The Above Decision, Including Information On Safety And Health Protection, 4) Division Of Real Estate In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 311).
