The Scope Of The Order Includes: Weighing, Loading, Transport And Waste Disposal, I.E. Transferring Asbestos-Containing Products Collected From Property Owners To A Landfill (With An Appropriate Disposal Permit). If The Owner Does Not Wrap The Asbestos In Foil Before Collection, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Waste Himself Before Carrying Out The Work.3. The Estimated Quantity Of Asbestos-Containing Products To Be Collected Under This Order Is Approximately 424,130 Mg. The Final Amount Of Waste To Be Disposed Of Will Depend On The Amount Of Waste Declared In The Applications Of Property Owners Located In The Kozienice Commune And The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Implementation Of The Order In Question. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Products Containing Asbestos To Be Collected May Be Increased Or Decreased.4. Depending On The Number Of Submitted Applications/Residents Demand For The Collection Of Asbestos-Containing Products And The Financial Capabilities Of The Kozienice Commune, It Is Possible To Increase The Amount For The Execution Of The Order.5. The Minimum Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Waste To Be Collected Under A Single Order Is 15 Mg, With The Exception Of The Last Order In The Year.6. The Maximum Estimated Quantity Of Asbestos-Containing Products In A Single Order Will Be Approximately 80 Mg, With The Exception Of The Last Order In The Year.7. A One-Time Order Will Consist Of Several Or A Dozen Real Estate Addresses Located In The Kozienice Commune, From Which Products Containing Asbestos Should Be Collected, Within The Time Specified By The Contractor In The Offer. In Each Order, The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products To Be Collected, Based On The Information Contained In The Applications Of The Property Owners.8. The Number Of Orders Submitted To The Contractor Within 1 Month Will Depend On The Number Of Requests From Property Owners To Collect Products Containing Asbestos.9. It Is Required That Asbestos-Containing Products Be Collected As Part Of A Single Order No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Sending The Order Electronically By The Ordering Party.
