Part 1: Preparation Of 100 Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Municipal Office In Sulejów During Administrative Proceedings In Matters Relating To The Issuance Of The Decision For Which The Draft Decision Was Prepared, Until This Decision Becomes Final Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure. The Order Includes Also:• Each Indication Of The Authorities Referred To In Art. 53 Section 4, 60 And 64 Of The Above-Mentioned Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Which Should Be Requested To Agree On The Draft Decision; • Introducing Comments And Findings Resulting From The Arrangements Of The Bodies Referred To In The Above-Mentioned Provisions Into The Prepared Drafts Of The Decisions Referred To In The Above-Mentioned Provisions In Order To Prepare The Decision For Issuance; • Correcting The Prepared Draft Decision In The Event Of Refusal To Agree On The Draft Decision Due To Inappropriate Provisions Contained Therein. The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Tor, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Provisions Contained In Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
