Tenders Are Invited For Supplies Of Medical Devices For Endoscopic Examinations

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medical Devices For Endoscopic Examinations, According To The Following Part: Task 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Shown And Described In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 3) Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Order Terms (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).3. The Contractual Conditions For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In Question Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. If There Are Grounds For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data, The Contractor Undertakes To Sign An Agreement For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data (In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Swz). 4. The Contractor Will Deposit Selected Products At The Ordering Partys Office, In The Quantities Indicated In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. Detailed Determination Of The Content Of The Above-Mentioned Deposit, I.E. Indication Of Product Catalog Numbers, Will Be Made After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer And Before Concluding A Public Procurement Contract. The Products Deposited With The Ordering Party Will Be The Property Of The Contractor. The Use Of The Above-Mentioned Products For Endoscopic Examinations Will Mean Their Purchase By The Ordering Party. The Parts Of The Subject Of The Order For Which The Ordering Party Requires The Products To Be Deposited Are Indicated In The Price Form.5. The Content Of The Announcement Includes The Estimated Total Value Of The Subject Of The Order With The Option Right - It Applies To The Value Of The Entire Order.
